Tour de France

So i watched the whole tour, and may i say that Cadel Evans did an amazing thing, basically coming second without the help of his team that was supposedly made up for him. Well if it was they seriously underestimated his talent and determination.

Seeing him ride on the weekend in the olympics, i think Cadel is happier to ride in a team and be a worker rather than as the lead rider. Congrats to him and Michael Rodgers, Simon Gerrans and Matthew Lloyd, too bad about Stewart O'Grady, he's still a great rider and i'm sure that if he rode for Cadel's team im sure he would win.

There's also a lot of great talent coming up in cycling, and i think that is none more evident than on Sunday with Andy Shleck making a break for the gold medal.
It's a pity that when you see great riders like him, and then you see what Roberto Ricco could have done if only he wasn't stupid enough to fall in the doping hole.
I can't believe that such a talented and promising young rider would ruin his life by doing such a stupid thing!!
The commentators were even talking about him possibly winning the tour, and then wham! What a waste, his name is now worth nothing and probably never will be...
